- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to have an in depth conversation with my new customers to get specific information on there needs. Each client comes with a different need and my goal is to ensure those needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Accounting degree and I am a Licenced Community Association Manager in the State of Florida. I have 13 years of working in the condominium industry providing full service accounting for luxury properties. I have been doing tax preparation for over eight (8) years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For Accounting and Bookkeeping services we work with small and medium sized businesses (rental properties included). We also specialize in providing monthly accounting services to condominiums, homeowners association's and co-ops. For tax preparation we handle both individual and business returns.
