There is not enough room to go through all the items and issues we have had in the many years of operating systems and hardware updates but I must say , This client is without a doubt any IT person dreams about. His knowledge and attention to detail makes our job so much easier even when it's a Crashed RAID 10 setup. he rebuild went flawless but the friendliness was beyound compare.

Tyler was very professional and exceptional at the job at hand. Although the job was lengthy and difficult to accomplish, he didn't give up and was able to give me what I needed: pictures I would have lost of of a crashed drive. Definitely recommend. He is a genius!!!!

This is a network that started on Windows NT with windows 98 logins and is now on a Domain running Windows Server 2008. It has been a joy to keep their systems in tip top shape and Mr. C is the best at saying exactly what the issues are. Who could ask for more.

Tyler at Complete Computer Concepts has been servicing my office and home computers for 3-1/2 years. He is extremely reliable and his dedicated service always gets my systems back up and running whenever I have a problem. Not only does he work his magic on my computers to repair them, speed them up & generally improve their overall performance 100%, he always greets me and my staff with a big smile. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continue with Intel GOLD certification each year along with Trend Micro security conferences and webinars where we later take our testing online. We are also involved in certification with AMD, Microsoft, Adaptec, and many many others.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This all started with a old system called a HP UNIX (HP Yuks) where we used tapes and punch cards to save data . Each step from there became more exciting and there was no stopping once you are bitten by the computer bug.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our service issues are divided between a software issue that is easily corrected or hardware , which is improving 10 fold but still has the ability to fail. On occasions we run into a lost password, a WIFI unit that is not performing to specs or a Domain server that just needs some tender care and updating anything from Drivers, to Group policy restriction reveiws.
