- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are customized to the specific desires of our guest event. We can provide at starting at price but we must account for time of service needed, mileage, guest count, etc in order to give an accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically prompt our potential guest to fill out the lead form on our website. From there the guest will be redirected to our online booking system which allows them to create their own customized proposal. Once a proposal has been submitted, YBD will follow up within 48 hrs to schedule a consultation to discuss the events of the details and make any necessary adjustments to the proposal. After the consultation, we will send over the proposal for our guest to review via email and from there they have the ability to approve the proposal, sign their contract and make their initial payment of 50% of the total balance to secure their date and staff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff has obtained their own bartending license through accredited bar schools in the state of Florida. We are also TIPS certified.
