- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the level of service, guest count, event duration, and staffing requirements. We strive to provide professional, reliable bartending services tailored to your event. Please Note: * Prices are for bartending service only. * Alcohol is not included and must be supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed. * A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event. * Guest counts exceeding the package limit may require an additional bartender and/or additional fees. * Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area. * Additional hours are available at $100 per hour. * Any requested upgrades or add-on services will be quoted separately. * The client is responsible for ensuring all required permits and venue approvals are obtained, if applicable. * We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age. We’re committed to delivering exceptional hospitality, efficient service, and a memorable experience for you and your guests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Submit an Inquiry Tell us about your event, including the date, location, guest count, and the type of bartending service you’re looking for. 2. Consultation We’ll discuss your vision, recommend the best package, answer your questions, and provide a customized quote if needed. 3. Reserve Your Date Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a service agreement and invoice. A non-refundable retainer is required to officially secure your event date. 4. Event Planning We’ll work with you to finalize your cocktail menu, estimate alcohol quantities, provide a shopping list, and review your event timeline. 5. Final Confirmation About one to two weeks before your event, we’ll confirm all final details, including guest count, timeline, venue logistics, and any special requests. The remaining balance is due before the event. 6. Event Day Our bartending team arrives early to set up, provide professional and friendly service throughout your event, and clean up the bar area before departing. 7. After Your Event We appreciate your feedback and would love for you to leave a review or share photos from your celebration. Referrals are always welcome!

My journey in bartending began over 11 years ago with a passion for creating memorable experiences through exceptional service. What started as a job quickly became a career as I discovered that bartending is about much more than making drinks—it’s about bringing people together, creating connections, and helping guests celebrate life’s special moments. After years of working in restaurants, bars, and private events, I saw an opportunity to provide a more personalized, hospitality-focused experience. That vision inspired me to create Southern Girl Hospitality.
