Hello! My name is Daniel Rivera (please take time to read my qualifications). I am a 29-year vet in flooring and building, building maintenance, installing carpet, VCT, vinyl plank, sheet vinyl and high-end custom carpet, tile and wood flooring, floor leveling, floating, and subflooring.
I do the following:

* drywall
* baseboard
* crown molding
* custom and finish carpentry
* cabinet building and hanging
* plumbing
* bathrooms
I have an extensive electrical experience, including home power and light, load calculation, installations, and a respectable amount of commercial power, power distribution and installations
I do AC troubleshooting and some repairs. I also do light drafting and read blueprints. I cut grass; I can do light gardening, and yes, I can use a computer.
