I found Pro Carpet & Tile Cleaning on YP.com. A real person answered the phone call. It was Scott the owner of the Company. He was very pleasant and professional and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He sent his best technician "Shaun" over for the estimate which was in line with what I was expecting to pay. Shaun showed up exactly on time and was very personable & professional as well. He didn't make me feel that he was rushing just to finish the job quickly. My tiles, grout and area rugs came out looking like new. He did a great job and really scrubbed the grout in the heavier traffic areas of the house. I highly recommend Scott and Shaun and will definitely use their cleaning services again.
