- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
~Get in contact with the customer ~Do preliminary intake: customer demographics and requested needs to ensure it is within scope of service. ~Set up a date and time to go to customers location and conduct an onsite walk-through evaluation of the customers needs in order to submit a "PROPER" bid/quote for services requested. ~Send out a follow up e-mail regarding date for walk through eval as well as thank you letter for considering our services. ~Customer accepts bid/quote, agreement is drawn up, emailed and printed out for customer to sign prior to beginning services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of construction clean-up, post construction clean-up, home/condo/apt. post rehab/renovation clean-up. Several years of carpet and tile floor cleaning experience. Combined 20+ yrs. experience in residential cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We've always had a passion for cleaning and spacial improvement. We like to do things most don't look forward to doing!
