Chef Owen’s skill level is absolutely world class. I was fortunate to have Chef Owen host a private dinner for my family for a special celebration, and I’m so glad I chose him instead of going the traditional restaurant route. The entire event was much more memorable thanks to his presentation, professionalism, and (most importantly) his incredible food. Owen was amazing! From booking with him to the actual meal to the clean up, the whole experience was seamless. He is responsive, talented, and wants to get to know his audience to cater to the needs of the crew. Had an amazing experience working with Chef Owen to prepare a meal onsite for my 40th birthday celebration in Miami. Chef was incredibly responsive and worked with me from the start to customize a menu and budget that worked for my group. He and his assistant were professional, yet flexible and made the whole experience one of the best we had all weekend. Most importantly, food was delicious and had plenty of leftovers! Highly recommend Chef Owen for any catering/onsite needs.

Chef Owner catered the annual dinner for our HOA and it was an immense success. From initial contact to “see you next year”, every interaction was professional and courteous. But, all of that meant nothing if the food wasn’t on point. He hit it out of the park. The food was delicious, the presentation was instagram worthy and put together, every person in attendance just raved about the experience. Do not hesitate to hire Chef Owen for your event. You will absolutely love him, his staff and the food.
