Not only was the food amazing, the contact person beyond professions, she put up with my crazy self changing things a few times (BUT DONT DO THAT! LOL!) As a service provider myself, I was very gracious for the patience and amazing professionalism Paneretto displayed. But did I mention the food was amazing??? The best part is then next morning when she showed up to collect the rentables, she wouldn't leave without saying thank you, but the real THANK YOU is to you Carlota!!

Carlota catered our Christmas Eve dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. Five stars does not do the food or customer service justice. If we could give 10, 20 or even 100 stars, we would. Carlota was so patient with us - several menu changes and many text messages and she never missed a beat. Our very reasonably priced menu consisted of dates wrapped in bacon, truffle rice balls, melon and prosciutto, garlic shrimp, penne vodka and lobster tail; each dish was more delicious than the next. We will positively visit Carlota's restaurant on 17th street in Fort Lauderdale, and without a doubt will contact her to request catering for our next event. Carlota - Thank you for your patience and the delicious meal you prepared for my family. Thanks to your husband for helping deliver it! It indeed was our pleasure to do business with you.
