They were very responsive and came within the timeframe that they said they would. Same day service and the price was reasonable. I would use them again in the future.
Two men showed up and went right to work, within just a few hours of my first contact with the company, even though I had said it was not an emergency. They did their jib efficiently, were polite and careful of my property, and cleaned up after themselves. I am pleased and will use them again when necessary.
He came out to clean ducts. They were very professional, on time and did a great job on the ducts. They were also able to get the ductvent covers cleaned, which was tough because they were extremely covered in cigarette tar from the renters who lived here. Would recommend them. Also… no one tried to up sale me on anything or tried to tell me something was not working correctly. We recently had the unit fully inspected and knew the condition of the unit. He was honest and that’s not so easy to find these days. Hire him…

The response time once I submitted my information was within in minutes. Based on my issue as described an estimate of the repair cost was provided. The technician arrived within an hour. He was knowledgeable and patient and communicated what the problem was and had hiss boss contact me and explain it and give the cost. They both were very helpful and professional. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we have a $18 Service/Consultation charge (waived if service or parts are required). We have the best prices around and Guarantee to BEAT any other price. We offer Veteran and Sr citizen discounts. We will also work with customers who have hardships on a case by case basis. We understand how tough it is raising a Family.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set an appointment for the customer ASAP and provide the BEST price possible!! We will make sure to follow up with the new customer and answer any and all questions they may have to ensure they recieved excellent customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are current on all necessary licensing and certifications, all of our installers and service technicians are EPA certified and have up to date background checks. Our All American Cooling family meets once a week to go over all proper procedures to make sure we take the best route possible when serving our customers and all of South Florida.
