I manage multi family buildings and I wouldn't think of using someone else. Kevin and Lou Ann make an excellent team and I've had nothing but an honest working relationship with them. Excellent value as he always goes above and beyond for my properties. I run a good clean building and would never think is using someone else..

He didn't measure properly......the AC is in the bedroom closet and the new one was too large to get the closet doors back on. He promised he would be back to complete the job but now refuses to even return our calls. Very Disappointed!!!

total lies Your husband became violent for no apparent reason when i came to measure your door. i left. you called me and said you would handle the a/c from now on. You went to home depot and found a door you wanted and asked me to re measure I came back and you were not there but your husband was. i figured I'd try with him again, he was always nice. He was angry the minute i came in I left your home and said I'd never come back for fear your husband would get physical. You were told this. Your 1 year labor warranty will be handled by my brother dan and ONLY if you are present. If the need should arise for a service call and your husband is present, we will not come back at all Hanging a new door on a closet is common with newer larger a/c's i put many of them in place I would have done a great job just like the beautiful job i did on your a/c but i will not install yours. you were responsible for the cost of the door. I was only providing the labor Now you can find someone else to hang it If you want to be angry at someone be angry at yourself. If you would have handled this like you said you would instead of your husband ,this would be done but you let me back in the house knowing your husband was there waiting to pounce on me. That was the end good luck Enjoy your a/c but i am finished with you as my customer
