- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will never be the most expensive nor will it be the cheapest but the price you pay will definitely be worth it. I charge $50 to cover the $50 cost of the lead sent to the company. I am not out to break the bank and I will do everything I can to meet your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With my new clients there is an introduction of my self and company. I usually ask questions to find out what the issue is and how long has it been going on etc. I try to explain as much information as possible to get the client to understand how the system woks and how they can avoid common problems caused by being misinformed or uninformed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended ATI in 2009 for 1 year and acquired my EPA and 410a Certification. I have worked in the air conditioning field for almost 15 years. I'm also a State Certified Air Conditioning Contractor for the state of Florida.
