I researched extensively when I knew I needed someone to come out for repair work. Lots of companies had a mixture of very bad and very good reviews. I realized that I'd be taking a chance with any of them. Prior experience with large companies told me I would likely regret my choice. I took a chance with Roberto based on reviews and his hourly fee, and I am very glad that I did. He was on time, efficient, personable, and professional. He answered several questions I had about my air handler and never once tried to upsell me into doing work I hadn't called him for. I appreciated that. I would very comfortably recommend Roberto to my neighbors and friends and will call him again as needed.

Roberto responded very quickly, he communicated with me throughout the whole process to give me the best options to fix my problem. He was very professional showed up on time and went above and beyond to install my new air handler. The job was completed in a timely manner he was very clean and stayed true to the quote that he gave me. I have nothing but good things to say about Roberto, I would highly recommend him.
