I researched extensively when I knew I needed someone to come out for repair work. Lots of companies had a mixture of very bad and very good reviews. I realized that I'd be taking a chance with any of them. Prior experience with large companies told me I would likely regret my choice. I took a chance with Roberto based on reviews and his hourly fee, and I am very glad that I did. He was on time, efficient, personable, and professional. He answered several questions I had about my air handler and never once tried to upsell me into doing work I hadn't called him for. I appreciated that. I would very comfortably recommend Roberto to my neighbors and friends and will call him again as needed.

This guy is awesome!!! Seriously, I literally had another company from Thumbtack come out, I paid them and 30 minutes later the float switch don't work. I called them back and they said they would have to start troubleshooting and charge me more money than agreed. Roberto came out and did the job for the money agreed upon. He had some troubles too and didn't try to start charging more money. I am recommending to my friends. He also knows how to work on communicating AC systems that many techs don't.
