1. Very responsive - Shalom and Owen came to my house on the same day I reached out. He arrived late in the afternoon. 2. Very accommodating - I was a bit picky about how I wanted the job done. Shalom and Owen never pushed back, and were happy to oblige. 3. Very Conscientious/Dedicated - there was a small issue that popped up. Shalom reached out to me the next morning to check up on it, and then he gladly came back to address it. The job was well done. Details of my job: I purchased a Pioneer 9000 BTU mini-split AC unit. I installed the external condensing unit (hung it on brackets on the wall), including the 110V a/c. I also had drilled the 2-1/2" hole through my concrete block wall. But I do not have a vacuum pump, micron gauge or copper pipe flaring tools, so I needed someone to install the refrigerant linesets to the indoor unit, run through the hole, trim and flare them, connect to the condensing unit, and then evacuate the system. Shalom and Owen got the job done.
