Since East Coast Air opened its doors in 2007, we have been providing high quality HVAC services in S Florida to our residential and commercial customers. Ensuring the comfort of your family or business is our top priority. Whether the temperature outside is hot or hotter, we want your HVAC system to be able to respond without failure. While we strongly recommend yearly service visits to proactively avoid emergencies before they arise, our technicians are always available, seven days a week in the event of an emergency.

From scheduling to coordinating the repair staff, it was a very smooth process. I was running late from work, but Gillermo and Garcia were already working on the repair when I arrived. They answered questions with patience and advice.

The customer service rep was great and very nice. However, she set up my appointment for today at 5pm and I explained to her that the license and insurance would need to be sent to the association before they close so the technician can have access to the roof. 4pm hits and the documents still weren’t sent. I wouldn’t have found out about it if I didn’t contact the association, and then the customer service rep regarding the issue. I used this day to stay home only because the technician was scheduled today, and it was wasted. Now, I have to wait another week to schedule an appointment and deal with the heat in the condo. Please provide better communication in the future.
