I’m very certain this individual is not a licensed technician. I contacted him specifically to install a particular blower motor model for my HVAC system and confirmed multiple times that he would use the exact model I requested. Not only did he fail to do that, but when he called me, I could barely understand anything he was saying—communication was nearly impossible. After repeatedly asking him to send a picture of the part he installed, I discovered he used a cheap $100 unit from India, completely different from what was agreed upon. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a used part bought off eBay. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. It feels like a clear attempt to cut corners and scam customers. I’m now seriously concerned that his work could damage my $10,000 HVAC system. This person should be removed from the platform immediately. Not to mention, I told him multiple times that I’m not going to pay any Zelle or Cash apps - it was very silly of me not to raise concerns and just avoid him from the beginning
