Efran was very professional. We had one of our two AC units down and needed maintenance on both units. He did a really great job for us and we have had him back to do some additional work with duct cleaning. We would highly recommend him.

Efren and his team were great. They did a thorough duct cleaning for my new home. They were very respectful, wearing masks and shoe socks, and cleaned up after themselves so I didn’t have to reclean the house again. Answered all my questions easily. Highly recommended!

I don't usually post. This time I have to. Mr.Efren Sanchez agreed to an appointment and was prompt. What was supposed to be a 2 hour or less job became a 5 hour job and he never uttered even one discouraging word and just told me HE would complete the job. The difficulty was caused by a previous event and I was told the job was complete/it wasn't and I was in a real jam. He knew this the moment he saw it but just went right to work and completely finished the job to 100% operating condition. So much for all the ones who say nothing ever gets done right in Miami..... I told him if you want my phone # for verification give it to you. Very hard working and dependable. Call him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the service call charge will be charged only if the Custumer does not like the price of the work to be done, we also offer 3 months warranty for works, one month warranty for blowout of drain lines, and one to two years for installation of new equipment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied basic and advanced refrigeration and air conditioning in the National Institute of Educational Cooperation, I.N.C.E. in Maracaibo Venezuela for two and a half years from 1988 to 1990 I have the Universal certification, E.P.A. I have 29 years of experience working refrigeration and air conditioning, in the USA. 3 years working Refrigeration and air conditioning.
