Hatikva was great! We were having a problem with my wife’s computer and because we are from out of town, we worried about how to get it fixed. Hatikva to the rescue! We told him what the problem was and I thought he would have to come over to our hotel or logon remotely to our laptop. He asked a series of questions and gave us something to try that no one had thought of, and that solved the problem I would use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him.
