- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the price given is an estimate based on the description provided, once checked the equipment in the presence of the user the price could go down or up depending on the problem that is determined on the site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to see what the problem or requirement requested by the customer, once I evaluated the case, immediately explains to the client the work plan, time duration and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a System Engineer, prior to funding Techprosport Computer Repair Service, I spent 10 years as Senior IT Manager at Venezuela. During that time I became adept at diagnosing intricate computer platforms, Hardware and Software. As head of Techprosport Computer Repair Service I brings that same expertise in problem solving to assist in all levels of client projects.
