I had a bad experience with a computer repair service prior to the great work done by Turbo Performance Computers (TPC). Arrived on time, polite, congenial, but focused on the task at hand. That is, the clock was not chewed up by small talk.

I had been unable to use my laptop due to a hack. The work done for me was thorough and precise. I feel like I have a new computer back.

It is an awful and helpless feeling when someone takes over your computer and takes you offline! If you are like me it was like cutting off my oxygen because I do not receive any paperwork or account details in the mail. My entire life was on my laptop. TPC seemed to understand how I felt in the kind way that he dealt with me. My prior experience was so bad and offensive without respect for how ti's might be affecting me!

The work was excellent and I can unconditionally recommend their services!

I reached out to Geoffery for assistance with constant BSOD crashes and within an hour of reaching out, he called me to discuss matters. On the appointment date he was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix every single issue I had.

Regardless of what issues popped up along the way, Geoffery was able to patch with ease. In addition to this he was very reasonable with pricing, as I had inquired about a second appointment to reapply thermal paste and he reassured me that I should be fine with my current hardware.

Without a doubt Geoffery will be my go to for any computer related issues or need from now on.
