FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult for me to provide an accurate quote without knowing the specific details of a situation. I have payment plans that aren't typical in the legal industry. I can extend payment plans for up to 12 months in most situations. I outsource the majority of my payment plans. This allows me to focus on your case rather than collections. I work hard to make representation affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to formalize the attorney-client relationship, we need to sign a retainer agreement. The retainer agreement contains the terms of representation and payment details. After that is complete, I can get to work on your case. I take full advantage of modern technology and can handle intake 100% remotely if necessary. Consultations can take place in person, on the telephone or online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My law degree is from Nova Southeastern University. In addition to my law degree, I have taken numerous classes and courses in various areas of law. Some of the areas which I have additional training and education include, but is not limited to: Forensic Science, NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, Cross-Examination Techniques, Drug Recognition Expert Testimony, Alcohol Testing, Drug Testing, Solid Drug Identification, Bankruptcy Litigation, Family Law Procedure and Litigation.
