We do automated prime painting of lumber moulding. Our automated sprayline and curing stacking oven provides professional, consistent priming for your lumber, MDF moulding and doors. Our line is fast and can paint 10,000 line feet with two coats one side in a day. Most orders can be processed in 48 to 72 hours. Because our oven cures and flashes off the lacquer thinner and other solvents, it comes off the line ready to ship. There is no overspray and debris, which is typical of on-site spraying with a hopper. Hand spraying is inconsistent and takes days to dry especially when there is high humidity and rain. We work out of our 40,000-sq-ft woodworking shop in Fort Lauderdale.
