- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The contract states what the customer is paying for, anything else is a la carte. There are packages that range from a basic set up to a more elegant/ formal set up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get a clear understanding of what the customer wants. This is followed with a contract and deposit to book the date. I am available through the process for questions and assistance leading up to the event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with corporations and small businesses, as well as, individuals (brides and grooms, graduates, parents to be, etc...)
