- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to keep our process fairly simple. We start with a phone call to go over what services they are looking for so we can prepare an accurate estimate. After submitting the estimate and our clients decide to move forward we send them over a detailed sign off sheet and receive a deposit for services. Upon the day of service we typically receive the remaining balance at the end of the event that way if there was a need for a longer service period or additional services we can factor those in as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have DJ's with multiple years of experience playing everything from small birthdays and weddings to large Comic Con after parties and club venues.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with small local customers for weddings and birthdays to event coordinators for large events and venues.
