- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices vary depending on location, weight, breed, temperament, and condition of hair. We do not groom or bathe aggressive pets. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We recommend booking 2/3 weeks in advance. We will definitely accommodate your fur baby as soon as possible. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been certified as a vet assistant for more than 10 years and slowly transitioned into pet grooming which is a lovely art.
