I hired this company to replace a broken window in my mobile home and paid the required deposit upfront. I was initially told the glass would take approximately 5–7 days to arrive, but the process stretched into nearly 3 weeks with very little communication unless I followed up myself.

After almost 3 weeks, the job was still not completed in a timely manner and I ultimately had to make other arrangements.

I do appreciate that my deposit was refunded in full without issue, but the overall experience was frustrating due to the delays and lack of communication.

SFL Sliding Doors and Windows did an excellent job replacing a broken glass panel in one of my heavy sliding doors. From the initial measurement visit through installation, the team was professional, punctual, and communicated extremely well throughout the process. I especially appreciated how thorough they were in making sure the measurements and glass type were exactly correct (they even bored a small sample from the original glass to ensure a proper match - I had no idea that could even be done!). The installation itself went smoothly, and the crew was very considerate of the townhouse and surrounding area while they worked. Highly recommended!
