I am so grateful for Duct Masters. I originally hired a company to come and do my duct work. They spent about an hour in my house and then told me they were finished. Something didn't seem right so I called Duct Masters. Austin showed up to my house and showed me that the previous company had done nothing to clean my ducts, the mold they were supposed to have removed was still present, and they didn't clean my A/C unit. Austin took apart my A.C. unit and showed me the blower covered in dust. He showed me how my ducts were not properly cleaned because the previous company did not "agitate" the duct, and showed me where the mold was still present. Austin explained to me the process, and how it is supposed to be done. I hired Duct Masters to do the work, and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Duct Masters customer service is above and beyond. Thank you Duct Masters.

Hired Ductmasters to encapsulate the fiberglass lined duct in my home. I was uncomfortable with the idea of my family breathing tiny fiberglass particles that were blown into our rooms from the unlined duct. Communication with Ductmasters was great. Got a quick response and had my proposal right away. There were a couple random issues along the way but they were IMMEDIATE to respond. I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to phone calls and emails. They responded same day to one issue and next day to the other. The work turned out awesome, and I am a very particular person. Be confident that Ductmasters is going to take care of you!!! Would have no trouble recommending them. 5 stars
