Mark was professional and knowledgeable but most of all honest about our electrical problem. I thought it was a circuit breaker and after troubleshooting he found that it was only a switch. A lot of contractors would have tried to charge a higher price for the CB but he did not. I appreciated his professionalism and still paid the higher price. I will definitely use him again. This is a rare honest contractor.

Mark was great. He let me know he was going to push the appointment back due to weather, but ended up coming earlier than expected. He got the job done with no issues or disruption. He even answered extra questions that I had, and was very nice.
