- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and customized to each project. Every space is unique, so we provide free on-site evaluations to assess the existing floor condition, square footage, and intended use before quoting. We offer competitive pricing. There are no hidden fees — everything is clearly outlined before work begins. Financing options are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free site visit to evaluate the space, take measurements, and discuss the customer’s goals. From there, we provide a detailed quote and system recommendation. Once approved, we schedule the project, prepare the surface properly, apply the selected coating system, and complete a final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction. Most projects are completed quickly with minimal downtime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 25 years of combined experience in concrete floor coating systems. We are trained and certified in the installation of advanced polyurea, polyaspartic, epoxy, and urethane cement flooring systems. We stay up to date with manufacturer training and industry best practices to ensure every installation meets professional and safety standards.
