- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not Charge for inspections and quotes! The total cost for the service is completely disclosed upfront, that means no hidden fees or surprises at the end. We are honest and customer service oriented!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will introduce myself, will work on identifying the root cause of the problem, identify the type of insect, prepare an action and treatment plan and discuss with the customer. I will take as much time as my customers need in order to make sure they understand the problem and the treatment plan and to make sure I set the right expectations. I will explain everything they need to know in detail. I will then execute the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I have an Electronics Engineering degree, but decided to open this business in the state of GA in 2007. Since then I have had extensive training required by the state of GA and now by the state of Florida
