Twisted Pig BBQ catered my wife's birthday party. When I contacted Joe I was impressed that he took notes on what we wanted and came up with a variety of options to fit our budget. Additionally, he followed up prior to the event accommodating some last minute changes. Of course the food was incredible! I am not exaggerating when I say everyone raved on how tasty the BBQ was! Joe even included a couple of extras as a bonus (ask him about the bacon strips and bacon wrapped jalapenos)! When it was time to settle up, ALL was exactly as proposed (no hidden costs). I would (and have) recommended Twisted Pig BBQ! AWESOME!!

Excellent job
We had ribs ,chicken , beans and brisket .
Everyone said how great the food was and Joe was so easy to work with.
I will definitely use and recommend The Twisted Pig again.
