Roger Rodriguez of Advanced Construction was the first responder when I posted the project on Thumbtack. He replied promptly, asked for some pictures and came right away to prepare an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and the job done on time and exactly as described. I would hire Roger again.

Roger Rodriguez is personable, professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt and responsive from the first contact for a 300 sq. ft. room addition. His bid was reasonable and the project stayed on budget. Throughout it he was consistently willing to go the extra mile as needed. As far as the construction itself, the team did an exemplary job from the pilings through the finish work. We are thrilled with the result.

While we can give ballpark pricing per sf for projects, it is always unique to each project due to what is required.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are 2nd and 3rd generation contractors and it's been a family business for over 50 years now. We have an incredible client base and we truly enjoy what we do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with some of the most successful business professionals in south Florida to the average middle class households. From restaurants to tv shows for hgtv and fox business. We have the personnel to handle residential and commercial jobs.
