FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SpenceZeta Home Services provides clear, competitive pricing based on the actual scope, condition, and requirements of each project. Customers can upload photos, videos, measurements, and project documents for an initial review, which may allow us to provide preliminary guidance or determine the next steps remotely. Before work begins, customers receive a written scope of work and estimate outlining the planned services. No additional work is performed without customer approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SpenceZeta Home Services begins each project by understanding the customer's goals, reviewing the existing conditions, and documenting the project requirements. When appropriate, customers can provide photos, videos, measurements, and other information remotely for an initial evaluation. For qualifying projects, we use advanced technology including 3D scanning, digital measurements, detailed photography, and project documentation to improve estimating accuracy, identify potential issues, and help customers visualize the completed work before construction begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
SpenceZeta Home Services, a division of SpenceZeta Construction, is operated by a licensed Florida General Contractor specializing in residential painting, remodeling, and finish carpentry. Our construction background allows us to evaluate the complete condition of a project not simply apply a surface solution. We focus on proper preparation, including drywall and trim repairs, surface correction, caulking, sanding, priming, moisture considerations, and selecting appropriate coating systems designed for Florida's heat, humidity, and UV exposure. We incorporate professional documentation methods, including digital measurements, 3D scanning when appropriate, moisture detection, and detailed project records to support accurate planning, quality control, and consistent results. Our work follows manufacturer specifications, applicable Florida Building Code requirements, and established industry practices.
