- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I do not have a standard pricing system. Based on experience I realize that all jobs are different despite how similar they sound. Hence I look at every job differently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand what exactly the customer wants, and how soon they want it. I then assure the customer of my commitment to the job. I remain open for changes from the customer and allow the customer to view the job in stages.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad was an all rounder handy man, he did practically everything. I learned a lot from him and fell in love with being a hands on person.
