My pricing is fair and straightforward. I charge based on the time and complexity of the job, with no hidden fees. I’m happy to provide a clear estimate upfront, and I can offer discounts for bigger projects or repeat customers.

I start by listening to what you need and asking a few questions to understand the details. Then I explain the best way to get the job done, give you a clear estimate, and schedule a time that works for you. I keep you updated throughout the process and make sure you’re happy with the results before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my skills come from hands-on experience over the years, working on a wide variety of home repairs and improvement projects. I also keep learning new techniques to stay up-to-date and do the job right.
