FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIrst we would discuss buying your own hardwood or would you like the shop at home service that I offer. Then set an appointment at your convenience to measure and write a free written estimate. I would explain the pros and cons of laminate flooring, engineered hardwood flooring, and solid hardwood flooring. Would you like a pre finished product that comes in five basic colors. Two browns, two reds and a natural, or would you like a custom stain of your choice. What installation type is best for you? Do you need a sound barrier for a tenant below you? A floating floor that has a nice feel under your feet, or glue down hard to your sub floor. I would recommend what thresholds would work best at your door ways. Measure for new baseboard, or show you a sample of the quarter round molding that we nail on your existing baseboard. Then provide you with a copy of the proposal and gladly answer any questions that you may have. Thank you for your consideration. Herb
