We hired Step Up Home Improvements for a full flooringinstallation and overall had a very good experience. The quality of the work was solid, and the project moved along efficiently.
A special shout-out to Nelson, the installer — he was awesome. Very professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. He took pride in his work and made sure everything was installed correctly.
There was a small finish detail (quarter rounds color) that initially concerned us, but once identified it was handled quickly and professionally, which we appreciated. It showed a willingness to make things right.
Overall, we’re happy with the outcome and would recommend Step Up Home Improvements to anyone looking for quality flooring work. We would definitely consider them again for future projects.

Leandro was excellent from start to finish. We needed a fast turnaround to get my grandmother’s house back on the market, and he made it happen on time and on budget. I live on the 6th floor in a condo and had a shower pan leak which required city permits for demo of the shower area. Step Up Home Improvements demoed and reinstalled a new shower pan , durock, new tiles on the walls and floor. Charles and his team did an excellent job from start to finish with all the required city permits, demo, inspections etc. I would highly recommend them for any job you are looking to have done. You won't be disappointed
