- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on my skill set and commitment to your success. If you don't want long lasting change, I'm not the trainer for you. I'll teach you how to eat well and how to maintain physical activity. My goal is to educate you so that you can maintain these changes for the rest of your life. It's not hard to lose weight but it takes work to make good choices. I'll help you make those choices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate their current diet and fitness. Are you exercising at all? Were you at one time? What do your meals look like? Let's take a look at your activity, meals and the type of fuel foods you're eating. Changes need to happen today, not tomorrow so let's get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always taking additional courses to complement wellness. I’m a tabata trainer, holistic nutrition coach and soon to be yoga teacher. I've practiced yoga for over 10 years and lifted weights my entire life.
