As a 27 year old male, for most of my life I have benefited from having a high metabolism which caused me to pay little to no attention on what I ate as I never seemed to gain any weight. Over the last couple years I noticed my weight gradually increasing despite maintaining an active lifestyle and working out at least 2 times per week. After learning recently that I had high cholesterol and that my doctor wanted me to run some tests to see if I was pre-diabetic, I realized I needed to take control of my diet and become more conscience of what I am eating. I had no idea where to begin so I went to Google and quickly learned that most sites are promoting products that they are receiving kickbacks to sponsor. That is when I came across Maddie & Wholesome Bound. Not knowing what to expect, Maddie performed an initial consultation to determine my daily eating & lifestyle habits in order to create a health plan & diet designed specifically for ME. As someone who didn't know what a calorie was, Maddie took extra time to explain to me the ingredients of various foods within my fridge & pantry and provided me a list of healthy substitutes that I should try. Before my consultation, I was worried I would have to give up some of my favorite meals but thanks to Wholesome Bound, Maddie created a health plan catered to me with the foods I enjoy but with healthier ingredients & supplements. While work and being on the road has limited my ability to fully commit to a healthy eating regime (don't tell Maddie), I am proud to say that I have lost close to 10 pounds since I started Wholesome Bound 2 months ago. Through Maddie's coaching, I now feel confident that I am taking the right steps to maintain my body & health. I highly recommend this service to anyone interested in taking control of your health & diet. You only get one body in this life and it is up to you to maintain it.

Maddie’s health coaching was very specific to my needs which gave me insight on how to actually make a change in my life. I’ve tried many different paths but always reverted back to my old habits, until I signed up with Maddie and actually took a hard look at my patterns and how to create realistic and lasting solutions.
