Hi, I’m Chris, owner of Thermascape, a licensed and insured mold remediation and property inspection company serving Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

Chris was very responsive in providing a quote and details about his services and did an outstanding job on the inspection. We booked Chris to inspect our new-build Lennar home. Chris was professional, yet firm, in communicating with the Lennar representative the issues he saw with the home, the majority of which my husband and I would have never caught.
