We are approaching week 7 and all the cameras have not been installed. There was an onsite visit made to evaluate and formulate a plan, it was quoted and a 50% deposit made for the labor. 100% payment for the cameras. 2nd visit installed only 8 cameras, suddenly more items were needed and were given another invoice. Paid that too. And another 25% was requested on the labor which was paid as well. Then weeks went by and no answer, after a couple of weeks a text. Next we had a theft and communicated this but still no sense of urgency has been given to the situation. The remaining 16 cameras were not delivered until last week. 5 weeks after the timeline agreed upon. All sorts of excuses have been made but after almost 2 months, we continue to wait. This has been so disappointing.
