- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are based on the size of the home, condition, and type of cleaning needed—whether it's standard, deep, or move-in/move-out. We also offer discounts for recurring services and for realtors or property managers who partner with us. Every quote is customized to your space and needs, and we’ll always walk you through it before starting any service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick quote call to learn more about your space and cleaning needs. From there, we provide a detailed quote based on the size, condition, and type of service requested. Once approved, we’ll confirm your appointment and assign one of our thoroughly vetted, experienced cleaners. After your cleaning, we follow up to ensure everything met (or exceeded!) your expectations. We’re licensed, insured, and always just a call or text away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning. Each cleaner goes through a thorough onboarding process, including training in proper sanitizing techniques, surface-specific care, and our internal quality checklist system. We stay up-to-date on the safest and most effective products—including eco-friendly options—and follow best practices to protect your home, health, and belongings. We're also fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.
