- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is always honest, upfront, and based on your specific needs no hidden fees, ever. I offer free estimates and tailor each quote based on the size of your space, the level of cleaning required, and any special requests. I also offer discounts for recurring clients, referrals, and move-in/move-out packages. My goal is to give you great value and a spotless home every time. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new client, I like to start with a quick consultation (by message, phone, or in person) to understand exactly what you need whether it’s a deep clean, standard maintenance, or an organization project. Then, I provide a detailed quote and set a schedule that works best for you. On the day of service, I arrive on time, bring all the necessary supplies, and make sure everything is done to your satisfaction before I leave. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have hands-on experience and training in residential and commercial cleaning, including safe and effective use of cleaning products, proper sanitizing methods, and efficient time management. I stay informed about eco-friendly products and modern cleaning techniques to ensure every job is done safely and professionally.
