- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on projects. If customers like our services and need recurring services we do offer discount/ doing extra job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to go and check the apt/singe house/ condo etc and to talk with a customer in person about their needs, pricing, services that we offer, schedule etc
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a high school diploma also a bachelor’degree. We strongly believe that education has a big impact building long lasting relationships with customers.
