STANDARD CLEANINGS:
- Cleaning all counters and tabletop surfaces.
-Lite dusting of ceilings, fans, blinds, and window seals.
- Sanitizing all sinks, toilets, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
-Washing dishes, wiping stove tops, inner microwave, and fridge doors.
-Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors.
- Cleaning screen doors, door knobs and light switches.
-Lite organization in common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms
- changing bedding and light trash removal.
NEAT BY NATURE POLICIES:
RATES & SERVICES: Standard and deep cleaning services are set at a standard rate for 4 to 6 hours of service based on size. Home organization and event services are set at an hourly rate, with a required minimum of 2 hours of service.
TERMINATION POLICY: Neat By Nature reserves the right to terminate or cancel cleanings upon arrival if the cleaning project or home is bigger than previously discussed.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due immediately after service is complete. Payment methods include Cash, Cash app, Zelle, money orders, and Thumbtack payments. Sorry, no checks.
REFUND POLICY: Customer must be available by the end of service to ensure the home is cleaned to satisfaction. If unavailable, photos/ videos can be taken as proof. However, no refund will be released.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Client must give at least 2 hours' notice of cancellation or to reschedule. Neat By Nature will give 24 hours' notice of cancelation or rescheduling. Customers with repeated cancellations will be required to book with a deposit.
PET POLICY: Neat By Nature reserves the right to upcharge for pets. Please put pets away to prevent interference with cleaning.
PRODUCT POLICY: Neat By Nature will provide our own standard cleaning products and will not be held responsible for any allergies associated with bleach, ammonia, or vinegar based products. If allergies exist, the client must provide the necessary products to clean the home. The client is responsible for any specialty or specific products.
PRICE CHANGE: Pricing is subject to change at any time if deemed necessary by owner, however, will be discussed prior to service.
