These people are really on their A game. I called several AC companies and none got back to me. These folks got back to me within the same day, and sent someone to inspect the attic within 24 hours. They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM.He was there at 9:01AM.He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair.They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible.Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better.

I couldn't be happier with the complete HVAC and duct replacement service provided by Joe, Amit, and their entire team. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.They were punctual, professional, and incredibly kind, taking the time to walk me through the entire process and explain each new component. Given that my home was built in the 1950s, the attic presented a tricky layout, but their knowledge and expertise were evident as they navigated the challenge with ease.The team was also very careful and respectful of my home, making sure to clean up thoroughly after all the work was done.Best of all, the results speak for themselves. The AC is now working perfectly, providing a balanced and consistent temperature throughout the house with noticeably low humidity. The project was completed exactly as they estimated, and they were always responsive to any questions I had.I highly recommend Joe, Amit, and their team for any HVAC needs!

I had South Florida Ducts come out to do a duct cleaning today and they were great. Explained all the different services they offer, gave me their recommendations and executed the job exactly as they said they would. Very thorough and clean the entire time. They were also the only duct cleaning company I ever used that actually went into my attic to check my ducts and Insulation. Turns out I actually need to get some insulation soon and I will definitely be using them. Highly recommended 👍🏽
