Georgi and team were amazing! Every room was given the same level of detail and care! We had popcorn texture that was removed and Georgi and team came to smooth , finish and paint all rooms! Here is a typical process of working with a new client for house painting:
Initial consultation. We determine the client's wishes, inspect the site, make recommendations.
Estimating costs. We select the required amount of paint and materials, calculate labor costs, form the total price.
Signing the contract and approving the estimate. We record agreements on timing, guarantees.
Surface preparation. Spackling, priming, crack treatment for better adhesion.
Painting itself. Working with brushes, rollers, sprayers in protective masks in stages.
Clean up after work.
Inspecting results and acceptance by the client. Fixing any defects found.
Final payment and signing the work acceptance certificate.
