The service was amazing. Dustin was very professional and friendly. He responded right away. He arrived on time, actually he arrived early. Removed items that had been in the room for more than 10 years with no problem. The room was on the 2nd floor and he removed some pretty heavy furniture. His price was very reasonable and I will be using him again when I have other things to move. I highly recommend the services of Storm Junk/ Dustin.

Dustin is amazing… responded within minutes of my request, and was very helpful. I had the HOA breathing down my neck because the person I hired before, never showed up. Dustin showed up and saved the day! Pricing is reasonable, I will definitely use his service again.

I bought a commercial-grade elliptical machine from Facebook Marketplace and used the “Dolly” service to reserve two men to pick it up from one address and move it to another about 30 minutes away. I texted the dimensions and weight of the machine (400lbs) to Khalid, and he agreed to the job. Long story short, I had to get this out of the owner’s house today, but Khalid decides the job is too difficult, and he cancels at the job site! Frantic, I contact Dustin through Thumbtack, and he agrees to the job. After he got to the job site, the owner of the machine hassled him about moving the machine out the front door because she was worried about the floors. Unphased by her remarks, Dustin doesn’t miss a beat and decides to take it out the back door. In a matter of minutes, he had it loaded onto a trailer and was headed to the destination. Mind you, this was a 400lb machine with only two men! Well, he got the machine to my garage without a scratch. Now that’s what is known as reliable (same day), professional (didn’t quit), and reasonable (price was perfect). I am definitely calling him for the unloading of my moving truck in two weeks. Great job Dustin, you earned my respect and admiration!
