- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of work, materials selected, and whether the project includes design only, installation, or custom fabrication as well. I always try to provide practical options that fit the client’s goals and budget. For larger or combined projects, I can often create a more efficient package by handling both the design direction and the execution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process usually starts with a conversation to understand the client’s goals, style, budget, and timeline. Then I review photos, measurements, and any inspiration they may have. From there, I suggest the best options for the space, whether that includes wall finishes, color direction, decorative panels, or custom millwork. Once we align on the concept, I can help move the project into production and installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from a combination of technical design work, hands-on fabrication experience, and real project execution. I have extensive experience with custom millwork design, material selection, space planning, and installation coordination. This practical background allows me to recommend solutions that are not only visually strong, but also realistic to build and install.
