We were a party of seven going to and from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Both pick ups were punctual and vans were clean, comfortable and modern. Drivers assisted with baggage as expected. LSS provided driver contact information the day prior to pickup. Frankly I was not comfortable not having a phone contact with LSS. LSS contracts with other services, which became obvious when both vans had different company names on the vans. Initial contact through Thumbtack took over 24 hours to respond. Credit card charges were processed through a book retailer. Eventually everything went smoothly but not having any other means of contact besides Thumbtack is inconvenient, especially when traveling abroad. Never used Thumbtack before so that also gave me concern. All that said, I would recommend with aforementioned caveats.

Thank you for your review. As I mentioned before, we did not receive your messages from Thumbtack until way after you sent them. As soon as I saw them, I replied back to you immediately. Regarding the charge, my girlfriend operates a book business that I own. The processor was supposed to have our business on all charges. This has been fixed, and I appreciate you bringing that to my attention. I did reply immediately to you when you contacted me, and our phone numbers were provided to you as well as they are on this site. I have contacted Thumbtack with respect to not receiving messages. Lastly, we work with several companies when we are booked for rides. The gentleman that picked you up is a partner of ours. Thank You.

Thank you again for picking me up at Gulfstream Racetrack on short notice and taking me to the Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport. When I come back in the winter, I will definitely call you, this time with more notice :)!

Thank you for your timely service for my group that goes monthly to the Hard Rock Guitar Casino. We also have used the company for transportation when we have gone on cruises. The driver's are always in contact with us, and we really appreciate it

We hired DSS for airport transportation for our church group. They were punctual and everything was perfect. When we returned from Israel, the company had a greeter inside the terminal with a sign to meet us, and then she escorted our group to our two buses that were waiting to take us back to Jupiter, FL from MIA. We recently booked another trip with them in Nov. Rev. G. Ray
